The degree of effect of the whiteness will vary from patient to patient, depending on the structure of the teeth, the number of applications, or the duration of time that the system is used. Diamond Whitening cannot and does not guarantee the results of any products. Teeth whitening may result in a blotchy appearance to the tooth surface and the whitening may not be uniform giving the teeth a banded appearance. Whitening fades with time and any unexpected results may be reversible. Teeth whitening products will not whiten any dental work (crowns, veneers, cavities, bridges, etc.). Shipping Information

Diamond Whitening accepts orders within Australia and also Internationally (International shipping is subject to change without prior notice). Most orders in Australia are sent within 2 to 4 business days. On some occasions delays may be experienced and shipment may be delayed. To ensure product quality, we make sure all gel (dependant on product) is sent fresh from the factory. Because of this we ask that you allow up to a total of 10 days for delivery from the time you place your order.

Once your parcel has been posted, the following can be used as a general guide on how long delivery may take.

Australia orders
  • Regular Post - 3 to 4 business days
  • Express Post - next business day and second day delivery for certain country locations
Outside Australia orders
  • Air Mail - 7 to 10 business days
  • Registered International - 3 to 10 business days
  • Express Post International - 3 to 7 business days
  • Express Courier International - 2 to 4 business days
Voucher Redemption
  • Once your coupon code has been verified delivery can take up to 28 business days. This process includes voucher verification and delivery time. The process is normally much quicker, but 28 days is our maximum possible time.
  • Lost Parcels

    Diamond Whitening has a 2 step process when posting orders to ensure the parcel has been sent. When a parcel is being prepared, the customer's name will be manually written in a shipping log with any tracking numbers or customs details for international orders, written next to the customer's name. Then once the parcel has been delivered to Australia Post for shipment, your order will be manually selected as 'shipped' via our shopping cart which you may view by logging into your account.

    Diamond Whitening accepts no liability for lost packages, except when the customer’s name has not been entered into our shipping log. A scanned copy of our shipping log is available by request by the customer via email if the parcel has not arrived by a reasonable time frame (under our discretion). It is recommended that express post is selected for all orders as online tracking will be available via the Australia Post website.

    If a parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, it is the customer's responsibility to call Australia Post on 13 13 18 to file a lost parcel investigation. Diamond Whitening agrees to assist where possible and necessary after the claim has started.

    Returns Policy

    Due to the nature of our products results vary greatly person to person depending on the type of conditions or stains the users has. It may take a number of months to completely rid tough stains and therefore we are not able to refund purchases unless the product is defective. Diamond Whitening does offer a 7 day exchange back guarantee for all DEFECTIVE items provided that the product is returned in its original state and includes all original packing material, original manuals and instructions, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will NOT be accepted.

    It is the customers responsibility to initially pay for any return shipping costs. If after inspection, the product is deemed defective, the amount of the shipping cost may be partially or fully refunded on receipt of proof of the amount. The refund will be limited to the cost of the item being returned to us via regular mail only. If the item is sent to us via another method, such as express or registered post, a partial refund of only the actual regular mail cost will be refunded.
